CROSS TALK Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to all individuals (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) who use the random video chat service “CROSS TALK” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by our company. Please read these Terms carefully and agree before using the Service. For web-based access, users are required to give explicit consent via checkboxes or similar methods.

Article 1 (Definitions)
The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
1. “User”: Any individual using the Service
2. “Account”: The identification information created by the User to use the Service
3. “Service”: A video chat platform that connects Users randomly with others based on selected conditions for a limited time

Article 2 (Service Description)
The CROSS TALK service allows Users to select partner conditions and click the start button to be automatically connected to random individuals using the Service for real-time video chat. A time limit is imposed on each session, after which the connection is automatically terminated. While the Service is currently offered for free, we may introduce in-app purchases or paid versions in the future.

Article 3 (Usage Fees and Payment Methods)
Currently, the basic features of the Service are provided free of charge. In the event that paid plans or items are introduced, the details, prices, and payment methods (such as credit card) will be announced in advance and implemented upon User agreement.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts. If such acts are confirmed, we may take actions such as suspending, restricting, or permanently disabling the User’s account.
1. Sexual or obscene behavior (exposure, sexual topics, vulgar language, inappropriate gestures)
2. Verbal abuse or aggressive speech (insults, threats, coercion)
3. Discriminatory or prejudiced remarks (based on race, religion, nationality, etc.)
4. Silent or eerie conduct (staring, strange movements)
5. Implying recording or screenshots (suggesting invasion of privacy)
6. Advertising, solicitation, or spam (products, services, religion, MLM, etc.)
7. Improper use of camera or audio (no face shown, loud distorted sound, inactive screen)
8. Invasion of privacy (disclosing or pursuing someone’s personal information)
9. Any other acts that violate public order and morals or similar inappropriate behavior

Article 5 (Suspension or Termination of Service)
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Service in the following cases:
1. Violation of these Terms
2. When continuation of the Service becomes difficult
3. When otherwise deemed necessary by the Company

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All content, logos, names, and systems included in the Service are the property of our company or rightful third parties. Users may not use them without authorization.

Article 7 (Handling of Personal Information)
We handle Users’ personal information appropriately in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy. By using the Service, the User agrees to the Privacy Policy.

Article 8 (Liability and Disclaimer)
If a User violates these Terms and causes damage to the Company or a third party, the User shall compensate for the damage. We are not liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result of using or being unable to use the Service unless caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local court with jurisdiction over the Company’s headquarters.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)
We may revise these Terms as necessary. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
